Purcell’s Clothing Company, LLC provides multiple purchase options, including single-item purchases, bulk orders, and, when applicable, installment or subscription-based purchases. This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how orders are placed, payment methods, and your rights regarding cancellations, modifications, and order changes.
This policy also clarifies the responsibilities of Purcell’s Clothing Company and any third-party suppliers, including CJdropshipping, CCWholesale, and Trendsi, for order fulfillment. By placing an order with Purcell’s Clothing Company, LLC, you acknowledge and accept the terms described herein.
2. Order Placement and Acceptance
When you place an order through Purcell’s Clothing Company, LLC, you are making an offer to purchase products according to the terms outlined at checkout.
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Purcell’s Clothing Company.
Purcell’s Clothing Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect payment information, or errors in product pricing or availability.
An order is not considered accepted until payment is authorized and confirmed by Purcell’s Clothing Company.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email, which serves as acknowledgment of receipt but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3. Payment Methods

4. Third-Party Fulfillment
Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including CJdropshipping, CCWholesale, and Trendsi.
Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers may have different processing times and may be subject to supplier-specific fulfillment rules.
While Purcell’s Clothing Company facilitates the order, we cannot guarantee immediate cancellation or modification once a third-party supplier has begun processing the order.
Any cancellation or modification requests for third-party fulfilled products are subject to the supplier’s capabilities and timelines.
5. Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has entered the processing or fulfillment stage.
To request a cancellation, contact support@purcellsclothingcompany.com with your order details.
Once an order has been processed or a third-party supplier has begun fulfillment, cancellations may not be possible.
If cancellation is granted, any authorized payment will be refunded according to the Refund Policy.
6. Order Modifications
Modifications to an order, including changes to shipping address, quantity, or product selection, are only possible prior to processing or fulfillment.
Requests for modifications must be submitted to support@purcellsclothingcompany.com.
Purcell’s Clothing Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modifications but cannot guarantee changes once processing or fulfillment has started.
Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers are subject to the supplier’s modification policies, and we are not responsible for their processing timelines or limitations.
7. Special Orders and Bulk Purchases
Orders that are customized, personalized, or part of bulk purchases may have specific restrictions:
- Such orders may be non-cancelable or non-modifiable once submitted.
- Any applicable restrictions will be communicated prior to purchase.
- Customers are responsible for verifying all details of special or bulk orders before submission.
8. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy, taking into account:
- The status of the order at the time of cancellation
- Any third-party supplier fulfillment that may have occurred
- Applicable payment method processing times
