2. Annual Holiday Shipping Surcharge
In response to annual temporary adjustments imposed by shipping carriers during the holiday season, Purcell’s Clothing Company may apply a holiday shipping surcharge. For orders within the United States, this surcharge typically ranges from $1.00 to $3.00 per order. For international orders, the surcharge generally ranges from $3.00 to $5.00 per order.
These surcharges are intended to offset increased shipping costs while maintaining reliable service during the peak holiday period. The surcharge period generally runs from November through January, though exact dates and amounts may vary annually. Customers will receive notice via email prior to the implementation of any holiday surcharges.
3. Shipping and Delivery Options
3.1 Domestic Shipping
Purcell’s Clothing Company offers multiple domestic shipping options to accommodate customer preferences, including Economy, Standard, and Express Shipping. Customers will receive an estimated delivery timeframe during checkout and in order confirmation emails.
Economy Shipping: Orders over $75 receive free shipping. Orders weighing 0–5 lbs incur a $3.25 charge, and orders 5–70 lbs incur a $5.26 charge.
Standard Shipping: Orders weighing 0–15 lbs incur a $6.36 charge, and orders 15–70 lbs incur an $8.25 charge.
Express Shipping: Orders weighing 0–15 lbs incur a $12 charge, and orders 15–70 lbs incur an $18 charge.
3.2 International Shipping
Purcell’s Clothing Company currently ships to Canada. Economy Shipping incurs a fee of $18.25, Standard Shipping$23.65, and Express Shipping $26.85.
Orders shipped internationally are subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may be required for international shipments. Purcell’s Clothing Company is not liable for delays or additional costs imposed by customs authorities or local postal services.
3.3 Third-Party Dropshipping Fulfillment
A portion of our products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including CJdropshipping, CCWholesale, and Trendsi. These suppliers operate independently, and shipping times, carrier selection, and delivery methods may vary.
- Estimated delivery times for dropshipped orders will be indicated on the product page or in order confirmations.
- Purcell’s Clothing Company is not responsible for delays, errors, or damages incurred during third-party fulfillment.
- This includes delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or supplier errors.
- Tracking numbers will be provided when available, but third-party suppliers may not always provide real-time updates.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and recognized public holidays. Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers may require additional processing time beyond our standard timeframe. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once an order has been dispatched, including any applicable tracking information.
Processing begins immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders may not be canceled once processing has commenced.
5. Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled. Customers seeking to cancel an order must contact support@purcellsclothingcompany.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellations prior to shipment; however, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing begins.
6. Delayed Orders
While Purcell’s Clothing Company strives for timely processing and delivery, certain circumstances may result in delays. These include, but are not limited to, high order volumes, carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, and supplier fulfillment timelines.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders
Purcell’s Clothing Company is committed to providing a professional and transparent shopping experience. Customers must inspect their orders upon receipt and notify our customer service team promptly if items are damaged, defective, or missing.
- Third-Party Fulfillment Claims: Purcell’s Clothing Company will help with claims but the third-party supplier’s policies may apply.
- Transit Damages/Losses: Purcell’s Clothing Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

8. Shipping Restrictions
Purcell’s Clothing Company does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for all orders.

CCWholesale: Shipping times vary based on product availability and warehouse location. Customers are responsible for any additional costs or delays associated with CCWholesale shipments.
Trendsi: Estimated delivery times and carrier options are provided by Trendsi. Purcell’s Clothing Company is not responsible for delays or errors arising from Trendsi’s fulfillment.
